1. How AATMAN Uses WhatsApp
AATMAN uses WhatsApp as one of the ways we communicate with people interested in our retreats. Where you voluntarily opt in, you may receive communication from AATMAN on WhatsApp, including:
- Retreat information
- Registration assistance
- Booking-related communication
- Reminders
- Event updates
- Occasional relevant promotional communication
2. Consent Is Voluntary
We only send you WhatsApp communication where you have voluntarily opted in — for example, by messaging AATMAN directly, or by submitting our on-site enquiry form after ticking the consent checkbox. The consent checkbox on this website is never pre-selected; you must actively choose to opt in.
Suggested consent statement used on this site: "I agree to receive retreat information, registration updates, reminders and occasional promotional messages from AATMAN on WhatsApp. I understand that I can opt out at any time."
3. Opting Out
You can opt out of promotional WhatsApp communication at any time. Reply STOP to any promotional WhatsApp message from AATMAN, or contact us at +91 8484058277 to request that we stop.
Opting out of promotional communication does not necessarily override transactional or operational communication that may be legally or operationally required in connection with a retreat you have already registered for (for example, essential updates about a retreat you are booked into).
4. How Our Static Enquiry Form Works
This website does not have a backend server or database. Our WhatsApp enquiry form on the Contact page and retreat pages simply prepares a WhatsApp message based on the details you type in. Nothing is collected or stored automatically, and no message is sent automatically — the WhatsApp message opens for you to review, and you choose whether to send it. The "Confirm on WhatsApp" action only becomes available once you have ticked the voluntary consent checkbox.
