Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Participant-Requested Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your registration for a retreat, please contact AATMAN as soon as possible at +91 8484058277. Any applicable refund or cancellation terms for a specific retreat will be communicated to you at the time of registration/booking, and these terms will apply to your cancellation.

2. Cancellation by AATMAN

If AATMAN needs to cancel a retreat in full, registered participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible, along with details of the applicable refund, credit towards a future retreat, or alternate arrangement that AATMAN offers in that situation.

3. Rescheduling

Retreat schedules, venue arrangements or facilitators may occasionally change because of operational circumstances or events beyond AATMAN's reasonable control. Where this happens, AATMAN will make reasonable efforts to inform registered participants and discuss suitable options.

4. Third-Party Travel & Accommodation Expenses

If you independently book flights, trains, buses, taxis, hotels or other travel arrangements in connection with a retreat, these bookings are governed by the relevant third party's own cancellation and refund policies. AATMAN is not able to guarantee or control the terms offered by airlines, transport operators, hotels or other independent providers, and is not responsible for expenses or losses arising from such third-party bookings.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is applicable under the terms communicated to you at registration, AATMAN will confirm the method and expected timeline for processing that refund directly with you.

6. Service Delivery

AATMAN primarily provides experiential retreat and wellness services rather than physical products. Registrations are generally confirmed digitally, and booking information may be communicated by WhatsApp or other methods AATMAN provides. Registering for a retreat does not involve automatic shipment of any physical product.
